How to get a refund

30-day refund, no questions asked. One email to support.

Terms

  • 30 days from first purchase — no questions asked.
  • Renewals on the same plan are refundable too, pro-rated (14 days in — we return 16/30 of the price).
  • Add-ons (dedicated IP) are refundable if used for less than half of the term.

How to request

Email support@logrus.io from the address on your account. Subject "Refund". No explanation required; you can mention a reason to help us improve the product (optional).

Timelines

  • Russian cards (SBP): 3–5 business days.
  • Kaspi (Kazakhstan): 1–3 business days.
  • USDT / BTC: 10–30 minutes after we confirm.
  • Crypto Bot: refunded in minutes via the Crypto Bot API, no deadline.

What happens to the account

The account stays active until the paid period ends. We don't cut subscription instantly — use the remaining time if you want.
