Paying with crypto

Paid through a payment gateway, settled in USDT by default. The invoice link lives for one hour.

How it works

Crypto payments go through the Cryptomus payment gateway. Pick a plan, choose to pay with crypto, and you land on the gateway's page showing an address, an amount and a network. The gateway accepts over two hundred assets; it reaches us as USDT.

The deadline matters

The payment link is valid for one hour. If you're paying in Bitcoin, where network confirmation takes ten minutes to an hour, send it right away rather than "later today": an expired invoice has to be reissued, and funds already sent have to be sorted out through support.

The fastest and cheapest option is USDT on TRON (TRC-20): minutes to confirm, roughly a dollar in fees.

How much to send

Exactly the amount the gateway shows. An underpayment is not credited automatically — the invoice stays unpaid and it has to be resolved manually through support.

An overpayment is not automatically returned to the sending address: a blockchain transaction cannot be reversed. Refunds are filed as a request and arrive in USDT to a wallet you name — see the Refund Policy.

Privacy

On our side, a payment is linked only to an internal invoice number — we do not associate the crypto address with your email or other account data. The payment gateway, however, is a separate company with its own rules and its own customer-identification obligations; we cannot speak for what it sees or keeps.

If a payment is stuck

More than half an hour gone and the status is still "pending" — look up the transaction hash in a block explorer. If it is confirmed on-chain but still pending on our side, email support@logrus.space with the hash.

Other options

Crypto is not the only route. In the Telegram bot you can pay for a subscription with Telegram Stars without leaving the messenger. The current list of payment methods is on the Pricing page.
