How to get a refund

30 days from every payment, no questions asked. One button in your account, no correspondence.

In short

Refunds run for 30 days from the payment, no questions asked. The clock starts on every payment, not just the first: if you renewed and changed your mind, you get the full thirty days from the renewal date — no pro-rating.

The full text is the Refund Policy. If it and this article ever disagree, the policy wins.

You don't have to pay to try

Every new account gets 3 days of full access free at sign-up. No card required, and nothing is charged when it ends.

How to request one

There's a "Refund" button next to the payment in your account — the request goes out immediately, with nothing to write.

If the payment was processed manually and has no button next to it, email support@logrus.space from the address on your account.

Timing and method

The money goes back the way it came; the exact timing depends on your bank or the network. Crypto is the exception, and not in the way people expect: a blockchain transaction cannot be reversed, so a refund arrives in USDT to a wallet you name in the request. The amount is converted at the rate on the day of the refund, and the network fee comes out of it.

What happens to your account

The period you paid for runs to its end — we don't cut off the subscription when the request is filed.

What isn't refundable

Add-ons such as a dedicated IP, once activated and used for more than half their term. Access terminated for breaking the acceptable-use policy. A repeat request on an account that already had a no-questions-asked refund.

Consumers in the EU/EEA separately have a 14-day right of withdrawal; our thirty days are wider than that minimum. Details in the policy.
