We issue refunds within 30 days of your first purchase, no questions asked. Just email support@logrus.io from the address on your account.

Refund timelines

Refunds to Russian cards (SBP) — 3–5 business days. USDT/BTC — 10–30 minutes after confirmation. Crypto Bot / manual transfers go back through the same channel, usually within an hour.

What isn't refundable

Add-ons (dedicated IP) that have been active and used for more than half of the term aren't refundable.
